Dani Santisteven Theatre, Digital Art From the desk to the classroom! After a year of being your friendly Eagle Encore Admin, Dani is transitioning to being a full-time instructor here at Encore! You may have most recently seen her as quirky Princess Fiona in Shrek the Musical in November 2025, or as the villainess Baroness Bomburst in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang over summer, but did you know she also has a background in art of all kinds? If you're interested in elevating your digital arts skills and stepping into the world of digital animation, please give one of her digital arts classes a try! Or, have you ever wanted to give puppetry a try? Come play and learn with someone who's been in love with the world of puppets since she was a kid! Dani graduated with her BFA in Theatre from the University of Idaho in 2015 (go Vandals!) and has since had the opportunity to work and live in a variety of cities and states across the country. From Chicago to Orlando, Dani has performed and learned from amazing theatrical artists and companies like the Walt Disney Company, the incredible non-profit puppetry organization Wonder Wagon, the Academy of Art, Universal Studios, and many more. She's also been a part of several up and coming devised and experimental theatrical groups in the Chicagoland area. She loves immersive theatre and very much values the connection of the ensemble as a whole. Her classes will aim to push the boundaries of students' creativity and discover the honesty and 'why' in their performance. We never stop learning and growing, and while her goal is to share and assist students on their own creative journeys, she's excited to learn from all of YOU, as well!
