EAGLE, S MERIDIAN OLIVER MACDONALD (Photography) Oliver MacDonald has a passion for creativity and innovation! He is thrilled to share his love for the arts and technology with others and enjoys helping people explore new ways to express themselves. Oliver has always loved blending artistic and technical skills to create something unique and meaningful. Oliver earned his bachelor’s degree in EngineeringPLUS with an emphasis in robotics from Boise State University, where he also minored in Applied Mathematics, Computational Science, and Computer Science. During his time at Boise State, Oliver explored many creative fields, including photography, sculpture, and graphic design. He has years of experience as a professional photographer, specializing in family portraits, events, and unique art pieces. His work has even been exhibited internationally in Athens, Stockholm, and Dublin. In addition to photography, Oliver has designed custom websites and logos for small businesses and has consulted on creative projects that merge technology and art. He has also taught freehand drawing, electrical design, and robotics as a guest lecturer at Boise State University, showing his dedication to teaching and inspiring others. Outside of the arts, Oliver enjoys rock climbing, creating innovative prototypes, and exploring new technology. He loves finding new ways to combine his passions and encourages everyone he teaches to think outside the box. See other instructors here.
