EAGLE, S MERIDIAN STEPHANIE SANTOS-OWENS (Voice, Piano, Theatre Coaching) Stephanie Santos-Owens is a music educator and director with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. Based in Boise, Idaho, She is a graduate of Boise State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Music. Stephanie is currently serving as the Director of Music at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Her dedication to music education extends back to May 2012, when she began offering private lessons in voice and piano from her studio in Boise. Her expertise in teaching helps students enhance their musical accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency, tailoring her instruction to meet each student’s unique needs. Before her current position at Encore, Stephanie served as the Director of Music at Immanuel Lutheran Church. She also contributed her vocal talents as the Soprano Section Leader at Corona Del Mar Community Congregational Church. There, she excelled as a soprano soloist and led the section in performing a diverse repertoire that included classical, and gospel music. Stephanie’s impressive career also includes significant roles in California. From April 2015 to August 2021, she was associated with the Keyboard Art School of Music in Wrightwood, where she conducted choirs, taught private Voice & Piano lessons, and organized special events like student recitals. Additionally, as the Choral Director for Inland Empire Musical Arts in Riverside, she led children’s choirs, focused on performance enhancement, and built strong relationships with choir members and their families. Her early career included serving as the Musical Director at Sandra R. Courtney Playhouse in Rialto from January 2013 to January 2016, where she directed notable productions such as RENT, Seussical the Musical, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, The Producers and Little Shop of Horrors. In addition to her performance and teaching credentials, Stephanie is adept in music theory, multilingual in Latin, Spanish, Italian, German, and French, and experienced in teaching students with special needs. Her versatility allows her to teach a wide range of musical genres, including classical, art song, musical theatre, pop, and gospel. Stephanie Santos-Owens’ career is a testament to her passion for music and education, marked by her commitment to nurturing talent, fostering community engagement, and delivering exceptional musical experiences.
