Tamara Hallock Fine Arts Meet Tamara Hallock, a passionate Art Educator and practicing artist who believes that art is a path to joy, self-pride, and knowledge. As a specialist in teaching students of all ages and abilities, Tamara creates a welcoming, inclusive, and dynamic environment where everyone—from children to adults—feels encouraged to explore their creative potential. With a teaching background spanning three decades, Tamara is dedicated to fostering creative confidence. Whether it’s guiding a beginner through the basics of drawing and painting or helping an advanced student find their unique voice in various creative mediums, she brings a wealth of experience to the classroom. She has been recognized for her teaching excellence with the Idaho Master Teacher Premium Award, and she is thrilled to bring her enthusiasm for art, nature, and humanity to the Encore Creative Center community!
