Tenny Schwartz Digital and Fine Arts Marketing Tenny is a versatile artist and enthusiastic educator who helps students of all ages develop strong technical skills while discovering their unique creative voice. She creates a supportive, engaging classroom environment and adapts her teaching to each student's level—from beginners building foundational skills to advanced artists expanding their portfolios. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and works across drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Tenny encourages students to explore both traditional fine art techniques and contemporary applications, helping them see creative possibilities in a wide range of mediums. Her background in graphic design also supports students interested in print, digital publication, and creative entrepreneurship. In her personal work, she explores themes of memory, identity, and history through painting, drawing, sculpture, and visual storytelling, including graphic novels and interactive art books. She is also passionate about art history, fashion, and literature, and writes an blog about the connections between fine art and costume history. Outside the studio, Tenny enjoys reading, embroidery, writing poetry, and spending time with her two dogs. See other instructors here.
