EAGLE, S MERIDIAN
MARY WONACOTT (Administration, Social Media, art and music assistance) Mary Wonacott earned her Associate of Arts degree in Studio Art from the College of Western Idaho. She has won ribbons at the Western Idaho Fair for Photography and a trophy for Piano Solo Performance in the Spring Festival. She has studied and practiced various arts such as piano, drawing, painting, and sculpture, but she has found that photography is her true passion. She received her first film camera from her parents when she was five years old. The influence of her grandfather, who was a gifted photographer, also kindled her interest. She loves capturing moments in time and emphasizing beauty in the everyday. She has experience as an art and music teacher for elementary students and enjoys working with young children. She holds a Level 1 certification in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a branch of Montessori education. |
