Join Encore founder-director Danika Starrharrt (hosting) along with other female Encore instructors (workshopping) for a meaningful one of a kind experience this summer. Camp out in lovely homey accommodations (or out under the stars) OR choose the option to drive in each morning (no overnight stay). Forge friendships and collaborations with other young ladies who share your passions. Come spread out, breathe, build skills, and connect with your purpose. This year our retreat site will be within Treasure Valley to allow a variety of more instructors to teach by topic and to allow the option to attend from morning through evening without sleeping onsite for those who prefer a non-overnight version of the retreat.
Our mission through these retreats:
To refine our perception and delivery of the arts as a vehicle to communicate our beautiful message in life.
Daily Schedules (10am-10pm) Include Time For:
-Many Organized Workshops with Danika and other experienced Encore staff
-Project Collaboration
-Practice in your musical or artistic area of focus
-Recreation, Games, Stories and Connection
-Journaling and Silence
-Healthful Meals
-Private Lesson/Coaching with Danika in the area of your choice (instrument, vocal, writing, personal enterprise development or marketing masterminding)
This is a no-phone environment, except for taking photos for memories and daily check-in with parents.
The retreat experience will be fully adult-supervised with room for safe ways to freely spread your wings.

COST PER RETREAT WEEK: $675
($125 out of the total cost is due to save your spot. The balance is due by two weeks in advance of the retreat.)
