Our Values at Encore
Our greatest desire is to impact the whole life of each student, for good, to encourage them in their life purposes and experience what it means to watch discipline help them reach their goals and dreams.
Our purpose is not to compete, but to create. Our team of instructors keeps our students' best interests in mind, and to that end we work together as a whole community of leaders.
We believe every student has their own learning style that allows them to thrive and desire to learn. Our instructors to get to know each student as an individual and believe in their own areas of genius, to affirm them, and to challenge them in communication techniques they understand.
We believe learning should be fun, and we also know students need to be challenged or else they lose interest. Our instructors seek to help our students feel they succeed each week at their lessons so that they do not lose heart, but rather grow their hearts, minds, and physical abilities.
We are committed to providing age-appropriate and family-friendly experiences for young children through adults with instructors providing wholesome approaches to the arts. We recognize the diversity of all families and individuals and do not promote religious, political, or holiday-oriented themes, unless otherwise advertised or requested in private lessons.
We believe in the harmony of free will and cooperation and we seek a climate of kindness in all we do.
