Vanessa Morse has studied music from the very early age of 5. She began her studies at Claremont Community School of Music, and went on to study piano pedagogy at California State University Fullerton, and studied vocal pedagogy and choral directing at the University of Azusa Pacific. Vanessa has been the director of her
church choir, and is active in holding performances throughout the year. She has
been an instructor for 26 years in teaching piano and voice where she has helped her students to become successful and perform with confidence. Vanessa has taught several hundred students over her career and has worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, many of which have gone onto to study music as a profession. She
has taught in private and public schools where she has helped develop curriculum and enhance student achievement through various programs such as Il Sistema which is a program that allows for all children to have access to music programs all around the world. Vanessa has traveled around the world performing with PaTram
choir, the LA Philharmonic, Hollywood Bowl orchestra, the Alexander singers under John Mauceri, and Boston Pops. Vanessa holds a BA in Music Education with an emphasis in piano pedagogy from Cal State University Fullerton, and an MA in Choral Conducting from Azusa Pacific University. Vanessa enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, running, hiking, and traveling. She presides in Boise with her husband and two children.
